Second-by-second running orders include each and every activity of the sport event: DJ, sound-engineer, announcer or commentator, video director, entertainment activities in breaks and pauses, including live musicians, sponcer's advertisement and partner's activations. Sport Presentation is not just a pre-show, but also hours of sport itself that has to be not less thrilling and interesting thoughout the whole day at the venue. Keystones here are perfect coordination, knowledge of sport specifics and ability to cope with unexpected situations, which are inevitable at any live show. Only with precise planning and well organised coordination it all seems easy and natural.

Spectacular opening and closing ceremonies, pre-shows with 3D-mapping, theatrical lights, special effects, mass choreography, street performers, media talents and top headliners – there can be an endless list of what can be performed. We always aim to keep each part of the show in line with the creative idea of the event. The only limit here is event's budget.

Mics have to work, medals have to be in place – exactly for each medalist, flags and anthems must correspond with the winner's countries, athletes have to come and leave the podium when needed. Executives’ speeches have to be in line with TV timings and an announcer has to present speakers correctly. There are a lot of «musts», obligatory things in this area. Designs and creation of ceremonies artifacts, selection and traning ceremonies crews and a lot more small items each of those have to be exactly perfect. Each mistake here leads not only to offical protests by international sport federations, but also it can easily spoil the general impression of the event. Our team has conducted thousands of victory ceremonies, we dealt with most of different presenters groups – from a small marketing partner to the President of the State.

Video boards at the venue is one the most powerful instruments in spectator engagement and interaction. Videos and live performances there are meant not only to fill in each break and interval in sport's regulations. It helps greatly to create the atmosphere, make people at the stands feel as an integral part of the event. In order to enchance the effect we oftenly use outside LED boards and in-door TVs in venue's halls when available, creating a special content for them.

We create unique video and graphic packages for each event: educational and historical videos about the sport, rules explanations, entertaining graphics, 3D-mapping video and graphics content, promo and informational videos and graphics, athletes profiles etc. And of course we do Live Broadcasting – inside the venue, in Internet, for TV-channels.

TV production

Experience in the field of TV-production at major international sport events – is our competitive advantage. Sport Producers is a member of EBU (European BroadcastUnion).

Whether it is a production with a minimal technical support or broadcast of international level – organization of both requires complex approach and attention to every detail. We know it and for creating high level broadcast Sport Producers take a full range of tasks – technical, creative and administrative. In addition, we communicate with international federations, leagues, agencies, TV-rightholders, etc…

First of all it's Venue control rooms equipment – most up-to-date technical solutions provide for a high-quality production at a moderate price. All types of equipment for Sport presentation's and show's requirements. Most of sport venues already has some equipment, but, in most cases, it happens to be insufficient for current creative concept and event requirements. We can add of temporaly replace existing layout if needed.

Secondly, sound and light. In each country it is easy to find a vendor, that provides such type of equipment. Our main advantage – we provide the equipment that exactly fit in the general concept and replace it in case changes to the initial creative concept occurs.
