Sport Producers managed to create an integrated sport show, while balancing between broadcasters’ requirements, FISU and IF’s protocols, venue specifics and regulations.
With only 23 days to prepare for the event, we were able to create a truly festive atmosphere for the international multisport event, which significantly increased attendance at the venue.
For the first time at multisport event LIVE connections between venues were organised.
Most advanced technologies and a well synced procedure allowed spectators to give a countdown to face-off.
Another unique service in Russian sport events – personal commentary at curling using audio-devices. Each spectator was able to listen to a professional commentary (invited curling experts took part).
This allowed us to turn curling competitions into a memorable show for each spectator and significantly influenced the attendance. It gave an opportunity for those, who didn’t know much about the sport, to get a full understanding of its specifics and details. All competitions were commented in Russian and English.
Moreover we managed to involve special guests, celebrities and experts in different sports.
In 23 days we managed to gather nearly 300 professionals from different countries (Latvia, Belarus, Canada, Great Briatain, USA) in order to provide really high-level execution for Russia’s biggest sport event in the year 2019.
