Effective management of spectators flows around the arena and in the foyer alongside with a mobile entertainment is essential for mass events. Management of safe and efficient evacuation of the stadium, especially in emergency situations, requires attention to details and expertise.
As a separate unique service we would like to highlight an audio descriptive commentary service in the stands: we distribute headsets to the spectators to listen to the experts who comment during the event. This commentary can be tailored for children, visually impaired attendees, or general audience, and can include advertising integrations —that offers a wide range of options for a client.
Moreover, we offer various activities for spectators in the foyer, including but not limited to areas for kids, partners’ stands, photo zones, quizzes and MC’s and DJ’s interaction to enhance the overall experience.
