On September 7, 2023, HC Sibir played their first KHL game at the new arena, and Winline helped fans warm up before the match with a powerful show. Krut flew in, the snowflake was assembled of different parts, and the anthem was sung a cappella. In the end, Sibir edged out Barys in a shootout.
The show’s storyline was based on the history of hockey evolution in Novosibirsk — from playing on an outdoor rink on a frozen river, through the construction of an open-air and then a new state-of-the-art 12,000-seat indoor Ice Sports Palace Sibir.
The pre-game show began with an improvised match on a rink on the Ob River. A small ice surface was outlined with lights and mapping, mini-goals were brought out, and recently retired player Egor Milovzorov and club veteran Dmitry Zatonsky took to the ice. Around the rink stood a crowd of neighborhood fans.

The second segment of the show featured mass choreography directly on the ice: dancers dressed as construction workers assembled a huge snowflake — the symbol of HC Sibir. Iconic moments from past team games were projected onto the snowflake.
Winline’s glowing bracelets became an integral part of the show, especially when they lit up in sequence creating a wave effect. The climax of the show was the appearance of a 3D projection of the new arena and a large volumetric laser inscription reading WIN.
