WINLINE Media Football League — Season 7 Final

Moscow, Russia

On July 4, the final match of the seventh season of the WINLINE Media Football League was held at the Large Sports Arena of the Luzhniki Olympic Complex. The trophy was contested by SKA-Rostov, rapper Basta's team, and FC "10", led by comedian Azamat Musagaliev. FC "10" won after a tense penalty shootout.

Sport Producers developed the show concept and delivered the two main events of the evening: the opening ceremony before the match and the Alfa-Bank halftime show.

Before kickoff, the pitch hosted a large-scale performance featuring 90 dancers, 16 acrobats, 18 jugglers, 10 gymnasts, 12 traceurs, and 66 banner carriers.

SP handled the full technical rider for the headline acts. The opening ceremony featured a performance by VEIGEL, and Basta performed his hit "Moya Igra" ("My Game") as the players walked onto the pitch. During halftime, rapper Husky took the stage, sporting a football-shaped haircut he'd gotten specially for the final.

For the Alfa-Bank halftime show, a stage was set up at the center of the pitch in just minutes, then just as quickly taken down. This segment also featured 90 dancers.

Both shows — the opening ceremony and the halftime show — featured pyrotechnics and dynamic motion graphics on the LED screens.

SP's responsibilities included hosting duties, live screen feeds and match graphics, crowd shots, interactive action-cams, and running the awards ceremony.

The match was attended by 21,358 spectators. Sport Producers thank the WINLINE Media Football League for trusting us with the project and for a spectacular season!
